The beautiful sunny apartment (78 m²) on the 1st floor above the farm-tavern is newly renovated and fully equipped to stay in this beautiful area all year round. With two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and spacious living area with “Kachelofen”, it is a perfect place for four people. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. For lazy nights there is a TV. There are two balconies to enjoy the sunset over a glass of wine.

The attic apartment (90 m²) on the topmost floor of the main house was constructed in 2018/2019 and offers fabulous views of the mountains and Lake Mattsee. It contains three double rooms, one bathroom with shower and bath and a spacious living area with two sofas, kitchen and dining table. A cosy corner in the gallery beneath the roof invites you to sit and dream under the stars.

The apartment contains everything you need to look after yourself: a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and all utensils. The traditional solid timber dining table evokes memories of traditional family meals. The balcony is just perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine.

You can also book in for breakfast at our local wine tavern and enjoy your meal in the award-winning garden dining area beneath the walnut tree.
