Fleckhof
- Country House
Highlights
Our Fleckhof is an almost antique building, built around 1600. Originally a farmhouse built of stone, the vaults on the first floor and 1st floor are still preserved. The old farmhouse parlor serves as a breakfast room and we try very hard to preserve the charm of the house. But a spot to feel good is also our garden, which we maintain and design with much devotion. Flower beds, cottage garden, fruit trees and herb garden provide a great ambience and enrich the selection at the breakfast buffet. Numerous seating areas invite you to enjoy.
Our breakfast buffet should be something special for our guests. With our grandma's much praised jams, apple juice from the garden, fresh eggs, honey from our bees and daily fresh bread as well as milk from the farmer, we try to inspire our guests for the original, unadulterated taste.
The boss of the house is a ski trainer and instructor and can give the best advice on skiing questions.
Our wellness area with Finnish sauna, aroma steam bath and infrared cabin is very popular and tastefully equipped.
About Us
The attractive location of the Fleckhof farm offers great views of the valley.
As a starting point for many hikes and other activities, our house enjoys a central location yet is very quiet. Grandpa Karl, a retired mountain guide, is happy to inform you about all the mountaineering, alpine climbing and other activities.
At the breakfast buffet, we try to pamper guests all year round a little bit, for example, with grandma's jam, fresh fruit salad, homemade bread and, of course, cake on Sunday.
In the summer our garden is a special attraction. Featuring lots of seating areas and spots to relax, guests can inhale the surrounding natural and mountain scenery.
For children there are swings and a playhouse and the rabbits love to be stroked.
The Pinnistal with its alpine pastures and peaks cuts away from the farm into the countryside.
Agriculture at the Fleckhof farm is well managed by Martin, our leaseholder. His Tyrolean mountain sheep spend the summer on the mountain pastures and in spring and autumn they entertain us with their spirited offspring in the fields around the house.
Our sauna is also very popular in summer and not just rainy days.

About Us
Our Fleckhof is a piece of Tyrolean culture and the spot on which it stands, has its charms.
In winter, the snow-sure Stubai Glacier is the general attraction for our skiers. Tobogganing, cross country skiing, paragliding, and many other activities also make the Stubaital very versatile and varied.
Already at the breakfast buffet in the old farmhouse parlour you will experience the special atmosphere of our farm. Our specialty is the bread from our own oven, Granny' Mathilda's excellent jams, the eggs from our happy chicks, our honey, collected all around the "Fleckhof" and last but not least the fresh fruit salad. Start your winter's day strengthened and attuned to the Tyrolean mountains.
After a day in the fresh winter air, come back to a house that exudes comfort and in harmony with the landscape. These walls have survived the winters for more than 450 years and you too will feel well cared for.
In our wellness oasis, the sauna room, aroma steam bath and the infrared cabin invite you to relax.
Farming has been going on for a long time at Fleckhof. Our current farmer Martin is an avid hobby farmer and his Tyrolean mountain sheep bring him joy. In winter, they are all in the stable, in the summer out on the pasture, and in the spring and summer they graze on the fields around the Fleckhof.
We have two rabbits - Luzi and Susi - who are mainly looked after by Granddad, but they always appreciate a juicy carrot.
Our cats Felix and Cappuccino enjoy their cat existence to the fullest with eating, sleeping and a bit of playing.
There are also chickens at Fleckhof so you can get your own eggs for breakfast.
The bees, a new challenge for us, provide the incomparable Fleckhof honey for breakfast.
