Family and child-friendly farm with a holiday apartment and a double room.
Plenty of hiking opportunities in the surrounding area in summer.
In winter, there are excellent options for skiing and cross-country skiing. Location: Altitude: 863 m. Central location at the heart of the village, just a few minutes to the railway, bus and lift stops. Open-air swimming pool and tennis courts nearby, as well as a post office, bank and restaurants.
You are always welcome to help out in the stall or on the field.

On the Muttereralm, ski courses for children and adults, tour evenings, as well as snowshoeing are offered. Off-piste runs and well-prepared slopes. Convenient lifts (a conveyor belt even takes you easily and comfortably from the car park to the base station) offer winter fun at its best. There's also a prepared toboggan run from the Muttereralm to the Nockhof guesthouse.
The free ski bus stops directly in front of our house door and also goes to the nearby Axamer Lizum ski region. From there you can ski directly to the Muttereralm .
The new mountain restaurant on the Muttereralm serves traditional delicacies to give you strength. You can also stop-off for a little break at the Nockhof guesthouse.
Jams, milk, yoghurt, schnapps, potatoes
You will find cows, calves and our rabbit Maxi in the stall.
You are welcome to visit our animals there, and help out with feeding or mucking out under supervision.
