Winzerhaus Kitzler
- Vineyard Stay
About Us
Originally known as an insider tip for fine wines, Winzerhaus Kitzler in Rohrendorf, east of Krems, now also offers three pretty deluxe rooms for bon vivants.
Nestled among impressive loessic soil of the landscape, the Rohrendorfer cellar lane is known as Austria's longest alley of wine cellars, with over 70 establishments. One of them belongs to the Kitzler family, who like to spoil their guests four times a year with their home-grown wine and culinary delicacies.
In the nearby Winzerhaus, the Kitzler family have appointed three modern deluxe rooms for bon vivants. They are spaciously appointed, with a cosy double bed, a large sofa, fridge, desk, wireless Internet access, satellite TV and hairdryer. They also include a spacious shower and a terrace.
A small but attractive spa area features everything your heart could desire: Indoor pool with counter-current system and massage jets, a poolside bar with sun terrace, an infrared cubicle and a steam room, which can be used either as a classic Finnish sauna, a soft steam room, a warm air bath or an aromatherapy steam room.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of wine, fruit and a surprise gift. The winegrower's buffet breakfast is already included in the price.
