The programme on our care farms in Upper Austria comprises physical activities, a healthy diet, mental health care and much more. Group activities such as guided walks, painting, handicrafts, singing or farm work are a source of inspiration, strength and energy.
In structured conversations, you will gain new insights into healthy living with a focus on a healthy diet. Develop the necessary competencies to take better care of your health. This will encourage you to maintain a healthy lifestyle at home.

Self-awareness is the key to transformation. Have you ever been fully aware of the present moment and enjoyed the silence?
Wildlife watching and meditation on our care farms are great means to disconnect from the demands of your everyday life and help you find your inner peace. Practicing self-awareness will strengthen your personality and might even inspire you to break the mould. Would you like to discover the most energising places on the farm and in the surroundings? Perhaps you would like to find your very own favourite spot.
In any case, experiencing life on the farm, you will become aware of how a positive and healthy life can look like. On our care farms in Austria, mindfulness is more than just a word.
Healthy Food
Can you think of a better spot to eat healthy than a farm, the place where our food comes from? Who else could know more about a healthy diet than a farmer? On our care farms in Austria, the farmers are experts on food and on how to prepare it. Many of them have a diploma in herbal medicine or are certified forest therapy guides. They are happy to share their experiences with you.
