About Us
Enjoy quiet, relaxing days surrounded by forests, meadows, and nature. In the middle of gently rolling hills, you will recuperate from the challenges surrounding you every day.
Our newly renovated vacation apartment offers plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The rooms are cloaked in wood, providing a cozy, healing atmosphere. The bedroom is especially romantic – you will be pleasantly surprised!
Large windows look out over the inner courtyard filled with greenery, where you will find a grill along with a fire pit.
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor and is handicapped accessible.
We have a big trampoline and plenty of room for children to play!
A small pond for swimming and sunbathing is nearby - approximately 2 km away. A bicycle trail behind the house leads directly to it.
The nearest shopping is located in Imfritz, 4 km away. Here you will find a grocery store with a generous selection of goods, a wonderful local butcher, a bakery and café, banks with ATM machines, hairdressers, a Gasthouse, and a gas station.
A train station servicing the Franz-Josefs-Bahn is also located in Imfritz. Trains run regularly to Vienna, a 1 ½ hour trip.
The forest quarter boasts a variety of destinations for excursions suitable to any type of weather. These include cultural sites, natural attractions, culinary excursions or athletic activities. You will find additional information along with current events at www.waldviertel.at

Bees are generally peaceful, focusing on their work of gathering pollen and nectar. They can be observed while keeping a respectful distance. We will be happy to open a beehive for interested guests!
