The self-catering Stoffenalm hut is located at an approximate altitude of 1,560 m above sea level in a quiet, secluded spot above Saalbach-Hinterglemm in Salzburger Land. All around you'll find forests, meadows, and views of the Glemmtal mountains – and in the village, you'll find restaurants, shopping facilities, and everything you need for your hut holiday.

🏡 Hut charm with comfort
The over 300-year-old, fully renovated hut offers space for up to 6 people – with plenty of comfort: hot water via gas boiler, solar power system , and a wood stove that provides warmth and can be used for cooking. The original hut character is preserved through natural materials like wood and old stone walls. Outside, you can relax by the small pond, comfortably gather at the barbecue area , or simply enjoy the tranquility. Children love the alpine pasture as an adventure playground: building dams in the stream, hopping over stones, and discovering nature.

🥾 Summer experiences in the surroundings
Directly from the hut, you can start hikes, for example to the Ellmaualm in the Saalbach-Hinterglemm region. A popular excursion destination at the end of the Hinterglemm valley is the Baumzipfelweg with the suspension bridge "Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps". Those who love water will find beautiful tours around Saalbach-Hinterglemm along streams and to waterfalls – ideal for cooling off on warm days. Lake Zell am See for swimming is also not far away. For families, a summer toboggan run in the vicinity is also a real highlight.

The hut is rented only during the summer months and is easily accessible by car. 🚗
