At the top of the mountain at 1220 m above sea level, enjoy the view and breathe in the clear air. Surrounded by quiet hiking trails of our wonderful nature park region "Kaunergrat". Maria is happy to give tips for big and small walking feet.

Petting, feeding and caring for animals. Plenty of room to play - outside in the open air and inside in the playroom. Spend warm summer nights in the "hay lounge" in the timber frame of the stadium. Table tennis, trampoline and playground - all there for you!

"The egg is still warm!" Absolutely fresh, directly from the nest of our happy little flock of chickens, mmmh. We are happy to offer you the best, quality-tested honey and homemade jam.

Coming from the north, via Füssen and the Fern Pass travel toll-free in the regional centre of Imst. Afterwards you soon come to the motorway turning for Innsbruck and Landeck and approx 300m after the roundabout you will find the the entrance to the Pitztal.

From the east or the west, look for the motorway exit for Imst/Pitztal. Bear right and go straight to the roundabout at the entrance of the valley

Arzl is the first village in the Pitz Valley. In the centre you will find a turning to the left marked Wald and Leins. The road takes you to the other side of the valley.

After about 5 minutes you will reach the entrance of the forest and then subsequently the Arzl-ried.

You will be at Leins shortly. At the cross-roads, a road leads off to the left to Oberleins.

You can orientate yourself using the signs at this junction, which is approx. 1.5 km from the Thöni alpine farm. Then proceed directly to our house as indicated.

(If in doubt, always choose the direction that leads uphill)
