About Us
Our diverse company offers something for just about everyone. Socialising in a cosy environment isn't a tiresome task at our place, rather it is an opportunity to chat to people and get to know them. The Waldviertel (Forest Quarter) is a rugged area, yet the people are very good-tempered - and we are among them! Heidenreichstein is located in the upper part of the Waldviertel and is approx. 20 km from the Czech border. Our riding stables are located on the edge of town in a side street.
A hiking, biking and horse riding trail runs directly past the farm. On a short stroll you can marvel at the wonderful natural surroundings with fields, meadows, forests and the mystical stone formations.
In our stable there are 21 warmblood horses and 2 ponies.
Spa area with a sauna, steam room, solarium and relaxation room, play area and a reading corner are available to our guests on-site. In the outdoor area there is a large children's playground, campfire, guest pond, table tennis, table football and the possibility of fishing in our own pond .
In summer we gladly offer you deer stalking with the hunter, to experience a completely different side and diverse impressions of the animals in the forest.
School classes and youth groups are warmly welcome. On request we can create a tailor-made programme for you.

Our diverse company offers something for just about everyone. Socialising in a cosy environment isn't a tiresome task at our place, rather it is an opportunity to chat to people and get to know them. The Waldviertel forest quarter is a rugged area, yet the people are well good-tempered - and we are among them! In autumn and winter our area is very well suited for people seeking relaxation.
Heidenreichstein is located in the upper part of the Waldviertel and is approx. 20 km from the Czech border. Our riding stables are located on the edge of town. On a short stroll you can marvel at the wonderful natural surroundings with fields, meadows, forests and the mystical stone formations.
Horse riding and a carriage ride are also among the great experiences in the snow. For the horse riders among our guests there are 2 indoor riding arenas, (dressage ring, show jumping, warm-up arena - only in summer), a galloping path and a 6-hectare riding arena. There are 35 warm-blooded horses at our stables, of which 8 horses are for the riding school. Our 2 ponies Nicky and Speedy are looking forward to meeting our younger guests.
Of course we also warmly welcome guests who do not wish to go riding. There is also a lot for you to discover. Or you can simply enjoy relaxation in the property's own spa area which has a sauna, steam room, solarium and relaxation room or go on an extensive walk. In autumn it is tradition to catch the fish in our pond, ano no matter whether you want to help out or simply just watch, it will certainly be nice for you to get to know about another side of country life. Feeding deer whilst on a horse-drawn carriage ride is also always a great experience. When there is enough snow, going sack sliding or cross-country skiing through the unspoilt natural surroundings is fun for everyone .
We offer project and sport weeks for school classes and youth groups ! We are also happy to create a tailor-made programme for you.

Animals
In our stable there are about 19 horses.
Guest horse and adjustment boxes are available on request! Description of the boxes: up to 15m² large boxes, partly window boxes; Bedding - sawdust/straw. To use in the price are included: 1 riding hall, dressage and jumping area, riding possibility, 7 paddocks (3 grass paddocks)

Waldviertel Region
