In winter, 760 kilometers of pistes, 270 modern mountain lifts and 200 rustic ski huts await skiers in the Salzburger Sportwelt and the Ski Amadé ski network. There is something for beginners, families, but also freeriders and demanding ski enthusiasts. Afterwards, there are refreshments at the ski huts with delicacies from the region.
For non-skiers, there are also horse-drawn carriage rides, snowshoe hikes, toboggan runs and ski tours - the perfect way to spend a sporty winter's day.
You can relax in the Amadé thermal spa in Altenmarkt or in the cozy apartments or vacation homes on the farm. Or you can rent a hut or chalet all to yourselves in the middle of the winter landscape or right next to the ski slopes for even more peace and relaxation.

A trip to the Liechtenstein Gorge is a must during a vacation in the Salzburger Sportwelt. The natural monument has been reopened after extensive construction work and impresses with new features. Fun for young and old! Take the Grafenberg cable car up to 1700 meters. Once at the top, an adventure park with a suspension rope bridge, bouncy cushion, water games and many other play attractions awaits you.
The newly built KUHbidu adventure trail playfully illustrates the journey from cow to milk - and there's a little surprise for everyone who answers the riddle correctly!

There are two refreshment stops along the park, a playground and fishing and pedal boat hire.
