Wildlife watching and meditation on our care farms are great means to disconnect from the demands of your everyday life and help you find your inner peace. Practicing self-awareness will strengthen your personality and might even inspire you to break the mould. Would you like to discover the most energising places on the farm and in the surroundings? Healthy Food
Can you think of a better spot to eat healthy than a farm, the place where our food comes from? Who else could know more about a healthy diet than a farmer? On our care farms in Austria, the farmers are experts on food and on how to prepare it. Many of them have a diploma in herbal medicine or are certified forest therapy guides. They are happy to share their experiences with you.
