About Us
Location: In alpine pastures high above the Mölltal valley, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
Access: 15 km from Penk or Kolbnitz on asphalt and 8 km on an agricultural road.
Features: Old herder's hut, very well restored. Kitchen with wood-burning stove, sink (warm water), fridge, seating area. Lounge with large seating area, daybed. Shower/WC, wood-burning boiler. Bedroom accessible by ladder with three double beds and a cot. Solar light. Outdoor seating area in front of the cabin, hammocks in a fenced-off area.
Rental periods: May until the end of October. Winter: Only for ski tourers.
The special features: Guests who stay here must love solitude and be able to stick it out. The more than 100-year old cabin is located in pretty alpine pastures with a wonderful view of the mountains. It has been renovated with care - with old, low doorways and brightly polished wooden flooring.
