The farm is located right in the charming village center – and directly on the cycling path. Whether it’s a stroll through town, a bike tour, or a trip into Hohe Tauern National Park – you can start right at your doorstep.
Family-Friendly Fun with a Spacious Garden
The large garden is a paradise for children, with a trampoline, swing, slide, slackline, and sandpit. Plus, there’s hands-on time in the barn with rabbits and cows – helping out is welcome!

Our cozy farm – the Webergütl – is located in the beautiful village center of Niedernsill. Situated directly on the cycle path, our farm is the perfect starting point for your holidays in the Hohe Tauern National Park region.

With us, you experience a farm holiday with everything that entails. In the large garden, children will find plenty to discover at the playground: a trampoline, swing, slide, slackline, and a sandpit await little adventurers. From your apartment, you also enjoy a magnificent view of the impressive Hohe Arche.

A real highlight on our farm are the Red-necked Wallabies – a special animal species you won't soon forget. We also have rabbits and dairy cows, which you can visit in the barn. Children are welcome to help – with feeding, caring, and marveling.

Our holiday apartment is 50 m² large, offers space for up to 4 people (plus a baby crib), and is ideal for families. Two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – ensure restful nights.

In summer, the large leisure facility in Niedernsill attracts with a swimming lake, football pitch, tennis court, and mini-golf. Hikers are just a few minutes away from the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park.

In winter, you are just a few minutes' walk from the cross-country ski trail or the small local ski lift – ideal for beginners. Larger ski areas like Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe are quickly accessible and offer perfect conditions for winter sports enthusiasts.

Here live Red-necked wallabies, rabbits, and dairy cows. The animals are welcome to be visited and fed – especially children enjoy direct contact with the animals.

Welcome to our spacious, 50 m² apartment, which offers the ideal retreat for families or small groups. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape, directly from your private balcony. This apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and another with two single beds, perfect for up to 4 people. A cot can be provided upon request. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to self-cater. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
