Our spacious apartments can accommodate up to 10 people - ideal for groups and large families.

Our farm is located on the sunny side, about 700 m from the main road, so far away from traffic noise yet close to the municipality.

Entering the barn is permitted at any time. Children to be accompanied by parents please! For snacks, we sell homemade organic products, such as bacon, if available - cheese, juices, jams and milk. We also offer bread roll service all year around. For stays from 4 nights we have a surprise for our guests!

The garage extension serves as a games or recreation room with darts, table tennis, bilard, football and other games. Children-Bicycles, ski room and boot drying rack. A beautiful garden with pool and seating area to relax in. Our child-friendly farm offers a playground, petting zoo, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and 1 dog, and in the summer, and in summer, cattle and horse can be found on the alpine pasture.

Our "Fun Plus system" includes free admission to the Hinkelsteinbad swimming pool in Piesendorf and the swimming lake in Niedernsill. Our guests can enjoy guided walks from May to September (participation fee and transfer not included). For children there is a great, free children's programme.

The cute little kittens obviously feel comfortable in the straw. Also our dogs Bella and Molly and the rabbits look forward to meeting you. We also have chickens and ducks on the farm. Not to forget of course the horse Lona, our cows, heifers, calves, our breeding bull and our goats. In winter there are about 70 head of cattle distributed in two stables, where of course there is a lot of work.

In summer, the cows are allowed to enjoy the summer retreat on two alpine pastures in Fusch an der Glocknerstraße, and our horse Lona spends the summer time on the Schmittenhöhe.

The apartment is on the second floor and has up to four separate bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and two bedrooms each have a double bed and a double sofa bed (140 cm wide) for two additional guests. All bedrooms have a wardrobe, and three of them also have a sink. The apartment features a combined living room and kitchen with a kitchenette, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, freezer, a large seating area, two skylights, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a balcony, a large bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a second toilet. A linen package (bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels) is available for €6 per person, excluding children under 3 years old, who receive the package free of charge. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, TV, and a comfortable dining area with two chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, cabinets, and toilet, and the small anteroom serves as a convenient wardrobe. The apartment is bright and pleasantly cool, especially in summer – ideal for relaxing days.

The terrace offers stunning mountain views and invites you to unwind. You can also relax in the garden or by the pool.
