About Us
Welcome to the Wastlbauer! We are an old farming property with a youthful philosophy, and we follow the principles of sustainable agriculture.
We - Eva, Andy and children - have been farming the property since 2018, and previously worked in the area of climate policy in several countries around the world. Returning to our roots, we are now implementing a number of small permaculture projects on the traditional Wastlbauer farm, according to principles of sustainable agriculture.
We have only recently taken over the farming operation, and are currently very busy designing cosy little nooks on the farm, outfitting the rooms and ironing the curtains. You will be the first guests we welcome to the property, helping us to take the first steps towards realising our dream. We look forward to welcoming you, and we are hard at work ensuring every detail is perfect for your stay.

Our farm produces fresh eggs daily as well as home-made bread, baked in the bread baking house.
We have a few hundred chickens laying fine, fresh eggs each day. For animal lovers, there are also cats and ducks. From next year we hope to welcome 2 horses and a few sheep at the farm.
