ADVENTURE FARM & WELLNESS
In our newly built WALD-Apart right next to the Rosenhof you will find peace, relaxation and views of majestic mountains as well as an unforgettable farm experience.
We will spoil you with culinary delights from the extensive bread roll service to the gourmet corner and the à la carte breakfast basket, which you can fill daily with homemade or regional delicacies according to your individual wishes.
In the newly created wellness area in the Rosenhof (right next door) you can end the day with the soothing warmth of the infrared cabin, in the fragrant Finnish sauna made of Swiss stone pine and in the relaxation room with relaxation loungers and a wonderful panoramic view.
Your children will have fun in the playroom (in the Rosenhof) with lots of toys, on the play meadow with trampoline and hay hut as well as visiting our animals in the stable and on the farm pasture. The highlight is always the weekly pony ride.
Special natural beauties and wonderful corners in the border triangle of Austria, Switzerland and Italy are waiting to be discovered by you: the edelweiss meadows, the water lilies in the Schwarzer See lake, the breathtaking Kaiserschützensteig trail, the border triangle stone and the Goldseen lakes. There's action in the new ‘Goldpark’ nature playground, the children's bike park and the forest playground at Mösle.
Pack your hiking boots and enjoy the colourful flower meadows, the lush alpine pastures, the forests full of birdsong and our farm animals.
In winter, you can experience action-packed days in the Nauders ski area, the two-country ski arena and on the cross-country ski trails and winter hiking paths around the Reschen Pass. In the winter wonderland of Nauders, unforgettable experiences await young and old every day.
For 3 generations our family has been living genuine hospitality in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere and we are proud to share this wonderful piece of earth with you.

About Us
On the vast and sunny high plateau of the Reschen Pass, in the heart of the tri-border area of Austria, Switzerland, and Italy, lies our WALD-Apartment at Rosenhof.
After an unforgettable winter day in the Nauders ski resort, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, or tobogganing around Nauders and the Reschen Pass, you can relax and unwind here. The apartment radiates a natural, cozy atmosphere with furniture made of oak and local larch wood, and is ideal for couples as well as small families.
At the neighboring Rosenhof, you can end your day perfectly with a visit to the wellness area, featuring a larch sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation room, while the children can have fun in the playroom or visit the animals in the stable.
With the farm's own products, such as fresh milk, homemade yogurt, and fresh eggs from our chickens, you can start the day feeling energized.
In the Nauders ski resort and the Two Countries Ski Arena, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy 3 ski areas and endless slope fun between North and South Tyrol.
With romantic winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks around the Reschen Pass, as well as the winter wonderland Nauders with various activities for the whole family, nothing stands in the way of a completely boundless winter holiday.
BREAKFAST BASKET à la Carte with individually selected, healthy products from Rosenhof and regional partner farms – delivered daily to your apartment door.
ROLL SERVICE: Fresh rolls and breads from the local bakery Habicher are delivered to your apartment door 6 days a week.
TASTING CORNER at Rosenhof: Here you will find a variety of delicious treats and small holiday souvenirs – everything at a glance and easy to self-serve.
EGG FARM CUPBOARD: It stands in front of the Rosenhof and is open 24/7.
During the summer months from late June to mid-August, the following animals are at the Rosenhof farm:
- 2 dairy cows, providing us and our calves with fresh milk every day
- 2 calves, eager for cuddles
- The children's favorites, the 2 ponies: Lucy and Blacky
- 119 hens, supplying us with fresh eggs daily
- 2 rabbits: Felix and Ella
- Several farm cats
- The remaining 50 dairy cows, cattle, and calves spend the summer months on the alpine pastures, where they enjoy boundless freedom and find the best grasses and herbs.
From mid-August, our barn gradually fills up as some cows return home to give birth to their calves.
In mid-September, the Alpine descent begins, and more animals come into the barn or local pastures.
From late September to mid-October: the remaining cows and cattle return home—depending on the weather and temperature. The barn is now full.
From May to the end of June, the cattle and calves happily leave the barn and go to the nearby local pastures (depending on the weather and vegetation). The dairy cows are the last to go to the alpine pastures.

The "WALD-Apart" holiday apartment radiates a natural feel-good atmosphere with furniture made from oak & local pine. With 30 m² of living space, it is ideal for couples and small families.
On the west side, you can enjoy the afternoon sun in your own little garden. Your apartment has its own entrance and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. At the 20-meter distant ROSENHOF, you will find the wellness area, the tasting corner, the playroom, and much more.

Arriving at the northern entrance of Nauders, you will find our WALD-Apart at the ROSENHOF:
Just before the Hotel Edelweiß, there is a large yellow flashing traffic light. Turn LEFT and go uphill. After 150 meters, at the fork in the road, continue RIGHT on the "Spitzwiesenweg." After 300 meters, at the small intersection, turn LEFT and go uphill. You are now in the Kreuzgasse, and after 50 meters, you will see the ROSENHOF on the left side. Drive along the access road that continues below the Rosenhof, and you will soon see our WALD-Apart just below the Rosenhof.
