Just 50 km south of the Mozart city of Salzburg, our family-friendly farm is set in a sunny, traffic-free location. Surrounded by meadows, forests, and breathtaking mountain views, Untersüßgut is an ideal holiday destination:

Our farm is located just outside the village of Eben, surrounded by unspoiled nature. While the children play freely, explore plants and animals, or enjoy the playground, parents can relax in the garden or unwind in the small wellness area with sauna.
👉 Highlight: The brand-new Mathi apartment with its own Swiss stone pine sauna (Zirbensauna) and stunning mountain views – a true wellness retreat for families!
We offer several comfortable apartments in the main house, plus one more in the annex – all furnished with natural materials, lots of attention to detail, and fully equipped for families.

Directions to Untersüßgut 🚗
From the North (Salzburg, approx. 60 km):
Take the A10 Tauern Motorway towards Villach. Shortly before the Eben im Pongau exit, leave the motorway at the Landzeit service area (exit “Gasthofgut”). Follow the loop back in the direction of Villach, then turn towards Gasthofberg and follow the signs to Untersüßgut (approx. 1 km uphill on the right-hand side).
From the South (Villach):
Take the A10 Tauern Motorway towards Salzburg and exit at Eben im Pongau. Immediately after the exit, leave the motorway again at the Landzeit service area (exit “Gasthofgut”). Follow the loop back in the direction of Salzburg, then turn towards Gasthofberg and follow the signs to Untersüßgut (approx. 1 km uphill on the right-hand side).
