About Us
Our motto"Arrive as guest, depart as friend" expresses our family- and child-friendly atmosphere. Welcome to "Unterhuben“ farm, which is managed by Franz & Margit Zeller as well as our son Johann and his companion Martina with their daughters Verena Magdalena and Katharina Maria. Our all-season establishment is located at an altitude of 585 m at the foot of Pankraz Mountain. It is situated in a quiet, sunny, south-facing location near the town of Fügen, surrounded by meadows and offers views of the Zillertal mountain world. An ideal location for summer and winter sports enthusiasts and guests seeking relaxation.
12 hectares of grassland are under cultivation, 43 cows live in the stable, the young cattle are accommodated in an open-fronted freestall barn in Schlitters. Of course our farm is also home to a few pigs, calves and cats, who are looking forward to being fed and pampered by you. There is also a recreation room and a playground.

Welcome to the Unterhuben farm of Franz & Margit Zeller who run the farm, together with their son Johann and girlfriend Martina, with daughters Verena Magdalena, Katharina Maria and Ilona Isabella. We run a full-time farm, situated at an altitude of 585 m, at the foot of the Pankrazberg. Quiet, sunny, south-facing location near Fügen, surrounded by meadows with views of the Zillertal mountain landscape. An ideal location for sports enthusiasts in both summer and winter, as well as guests seeking relaxation.
12 hectares of grassland are under cultivation and the farm is home to between 80 and 90 cattle. 43 cows live in the stables, the young cattle are accommodated in the exercise pen in Schlitters. Of course our farm is also home to a few pigs, calves and cats, who are looking forward to being fed and looked after by you. There is also a recreation room and a playground.
Farm characteristics: Schnapps tasting, home-made products such as bread and bacon. We also look after your physical well-being! Our guests are offered a variety of schnapps from our own distillery, bacon, home-made bread, tea and herbs.
Schnapps and liqueur can also be purchased in beautiful bottles, an ideal gift to take back home.
Farm characteristics: Close contact with animals, some of our cows as well as the calves and pigs stay on the farm all year round. They are looking forward to being fed by you.
