Hammocks, sun loungers, hanging chairs, places of power... there is something for everyone.

Apartment facilities:
All kitchens in the holiday apartments are fully equipped.
Bed linen, hand and bath towels, as well as tea towels are provided.
Our baker SAMY honks his horn every morning at around 8:00 AM (during the holiday season - otherwise on request).
Guests from the holiday apartments can fetch fresh bread, as well as milk, cake... and other delicacies from regional farmers.

It is only 33 km to the Petzen ski resort, where affordable day passes are available.
Dreamy Carinthian landscape all around.
Sledging or sack sliding on the slopes around our farm is great fun.
Afterwards, a hot cocoa to warm up ... in cozy, warm rooms and apartments.
For big and small, there are many indoor family games and fun puzzles.
Of course, there is also ski rental and mountain cabin magic in all ski areas.
Skiers also head to Klippitztörl, and it is a 1-hour drive to Nassfeld, Bad Kleinkirchheim, ...
Ice skating in the indoor rink in Völkermarkt (5 km away).
Of course, it is also beautiful on the frozen Carinthian lakes:
Turnersee, Kleinsee, ...
... and our guests get fresh bread and bread rolls from "Samy".

and our guests enjoy their breakfast wherever they like.

We have our cat Garfield, who loves to be petted and spoiled with treats. And our chickens with their leader "Pavarotti", who guards his ladies.

Info: It is only a 5-minute drive to the motorway - and yet we hear no traffic - it is wonderfully quiet here :-)
The mild climate in Südkärnten gurantee bathing weather from the beginning of May. In the eastern part of Carinthia, the Lavanttal, create food producers really culinary experiences.
