This cozy vacation apartment offers 46m² of space for up to 4 people, ideal for couples or families. The intelligent room layout includes:

• Bedroom 1: double bed (180 cm) and pull-out bed (140 x 80) for a child. Direct access to the balcony.
• Living room and/or bedroom: double bed (140 x 200) and access to the balcony.
• Bathroom: with bathtub and shower.
• Separate WC: separate from the rest of the apartment.

On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Jura coffee machine (whole beans). The living area has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere.

The variable living area is furnished with a sofa and desk. Behind it is a folding bed (140 cm) for 2 people. Satellite TV and a radio with CD player are available for entertainment.

A highlight is the sauna hut on the terrace with a wonderful panoramic view. W-LAN is also available.

A sliding glass door leads into the bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC. A staircase leads from the bathroom to the upper floor, where there is another double bedroom and a living area with balcony.

Outdoor area

The outdoor area offers additional comfort:

• Garden: 60m² garden invites you to relax.
• Terrace: covered terrace (approx. 20m²) with garden furniture and barbecue.
• Garage: open garage for two vehicles and ski shed.

• Access to the accommodation via a small footpath to the Troadkasten.
