Summer at TANA´s Almhütte
High up at around 1,400 meters above sea level lies TANA´s Almhütte, a special retreat on the idyllic Flattnitz in the Gurktal Alps. Nestled in an alpine hut village, the modern wooden house combines alpine coziness with high-quality comfort. Large windows, a balcony, and a terrace open up a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape and invite you to enjoy the tranquility of nature to the fullest.
The spacious hut offers space for up to 6 people and impresses with three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a bright living area with a fireplace. After an active day in the mountains, the private sauna with an outdoor view provides soothing relaxation. A barbecue evening on the terrace or breakfast in the clear mountain air makes every holiday active and special. 🌿
In summer, the Flattnitz shows its particularly pristine side: wide alpine pastures, fragrant forests, and clear mountain air create ideal conditions for relaxation far away from mass tourism. Numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right on the doorstep, leading through the gentle mountain landscape.
A special experience is the Almenwasserweg Flattnitz, an approximately 7.5 km long themed hiking trail with interactive stations based around the element of water. Families love this varied trail, which combines nature, knowledge, and play. 💧
Just a few minutes away is also the idyllic Flattnitzer See, which invites you to take leisurely walks, enjoy quiet moments by the water, or have a relaxed picnic. For children, the forests and alpine meadows quickly turn into a giant adventure playground.

When the Flattnitz transforms into a glittering winter landscape, TANA´s Almhütte becomes the perfect retreat for a relaxing winter holiday in the mountains. At around 1,400 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the peace of nature, clear mountain air, and a family-friendly winter sports region here.

TANA´s Almhütte is a modern holiday home featuring high-quality wood and stone construction (built in 2021), located in an alpine cabin village at around 1,400 meters above sea level on the Flattnitz. The cozy alpine cabin offers space for up to 6 people.
The living area with a fireplace, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi ensures a cozy atmosphere. A total of three bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk beds) and two bathrooms with shower and toilet are available.
The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, Sodastream, and raclette grill. A washing machine is also available.
A special highlight is the private sauna. In addition, the terrace and balcony with garden furniture and a grill on the natural property invite you to relax. A carport with two parking spaces is located directly at the cabin.
