In summer, visit calves on the nearby pasture. Feed and care for chickens and rabbits.

About Us

From our farm, you can easily start hikes of various lengths and difficulty levels. Whether it's a short evening stroll to wind down the day or the beginning of a mountain tour, everything is possible. In the evening, you can enjoy the tranquility to the sound of crickets.

Our animals spend their summer on the alpine pasture, which you are welcome to visit. The milk produced there is processed in our own alpine dairy into alpine cheese, predominantly mountain cheese. The products can be bought and enjoyed at the alpine tavern or directly from us at home.

During the guided cheese dairy tour, always on Mondays and Fridays, you will gain insight into the cheese production process. 

Farm products and catering

Enjoy our fresh farm products, sourced directly from our farm. Look forward to aromatic mountain cheese, made from the finest alpine milk, and fresh eggs from happy hens. From October to mid-May, we also offer natural raw milk, a true delight directly from nature.

Animals

On our farm live 16 dairy cows with their offspring, as well as chickens, rabbits, and cats.

In summer, our cows and the older animals are allowed on the alpine pastures. The calves graze on a meadow near the farm.

Cats, chickens, and rabbits are at home all year round.

Swallow's Nest

1 - 4 People

Our holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the farmhouse, facing west. The entrance is separate, on the side of the house. There is a small wardrobe where you can store your belongings. The apartment consists of a living kitchen with a kitchenette, a corner bench with a round table, and a sofa bed; the television is also located here. From here, you can access the bathroom and the bedrooms, which are divided into 2 units. There is no television in the bedrooms.

Arrival

For the most pleasant and relaxed journey to our farm, we recommend taking the St. Johann in Tirol highway exit. From there, follow the signs towards Brixental and then continue on the road to Kelchsau. Turn off at the Penningberg junction. Once you have passed the sports field, take the first right turn. Follow this idyllic road to its end – there you will find our charming home, where your holiday begins.
