Welcome to the Schintlbauer Holiday Farm in Annaberg, Lammertal!

The Exclusive, Newly Built Chalet Perfect for larger groups or families, this spacious, freestanding chalet of over 100 m² comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Built with fragrant local wood and incredible attention to detail, it features 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen-living area with a large panoramic window, an anteroom with a heated ski-boot dryer, and a private terrace with its own fire pit – ideal for relaxing under the stars.
The Cozy Holiday Apartment 'Tennengebirge' Perfectly suited for 2 to 6 guests, this inviting apartment offers generous bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely country-house details, and a private balcony to enjoy those stunning mountain views.
Our expansive garden is a haven for both relaxation and play. While parents unwind on the sunbathing lawn or cook up a feast at the barbecue area, children can let off steam on our safe playground equipped with a trampoline. To start your morning perfectly, take advantage of our fresh bread delivery service.
An naberg’s charming town center is just 2 km away, and the gateway to the premier Dachstein West ski region is a mere 800 meters from our doorstep. In winter, hit the slopes or embark on ski tours right from the farm. A special highlight: the nearby "freeride alpine" ski school is where Austria's ski legend Marcel Hirscher carved his first turns. In summer, the farm serves as the ultimate starting point for endless mountain hikes and scenic mountain bike tours.
