About Us
The hut is located at 1200 m above sea level in the middle of a certified hiking village and is easily accessible by car. It offers space for 5-7 people and is very well equipped.
In front of the house there is a terrace with seating. A fountain with fresh water is also located directly at the hut.
It is an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours. Just a few steps uphill and you are at the Bergkristallhütte, which is managed all year round.
With a minimum stay of 3 nights, you will receive the Bregenzerwald Guest Card, which allows you to use outdoor pools, mountain railways, and buses in the region.
From May to October, we are happy to provide our hut as your special holiday address. From approximately mid-May to the end of June and in September, the 'Vorsäß Boden' (alpine pasture) is managed, meaning our cows and cattle, along with livestock from other farmers, are on the pastures there. A special time for farmers and cows.
