About Us
Here at the Riedlhof you have found a place with a fantastic view, because our organic farm is located at 1,350 metres above sea level with a view of the mountains of East and South Tyrol.
Our holiday flat, which was completely rebuilt in 2023, is located directly on the farm. It offers a spacious, very well-equipped living-dining area, two bedrooms, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet on approx. 90 m². One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can easily be converted into a double bed. We also have a cot on site. On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the morning sun and look out directly over the village centre. From the west-facing balcony you can see the stable building. You are welcome to help yourself in our diverse herb garden.
The farm also has an alpine hut where you can spend a relaxing time in the summer months. There is room for up to 6 people in three bedrooms.
The holiday flat and the alpine hut are perfect starting points for hikes and mountain tours in our area. Our local mountain Thurntaler can be explored from the front door. Otherwise, there are also great destinations in the Villgrater mountains, the Carnic Alps and the Lienz and South Tyrolean Dolomites.
The popular Drau cycle path leads directly through Sillian, but there are also many mountain bike tours in and around the area.
In the paragliding Eldorado of Alta Pusteria, flying enthusiasts are sure to get their money's worth. There is a launch site just a few metres above our farm and the flying school right in the village centre.
In the Wichtelpark Sillian all our little guests can let off steam wonderfully. There is also a mini golf course and a high ropes course.
Your dogs are also welcome here - not only in the alpine hut, but also in our holiday flat.

About Us
You can spend a great winter holiday, as our organic farm is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sillian-Hochpustertal family ski area. The valley station is 3 km away and access to the slopes is just a few 100 metres away.
A large ski area in the surrounding area is the ‘3 Zinnen Dolomites’ in neighbouring South Tyrol.
Ski tourers will find plenty of easy options all around.
Right on our local mountain, you can enjoy a wonderful walk through the snow-covered landscape. Neighbouring Innervillgraten offers many tours of varying degrees of difficulty.
Tobogganing and cross-country skiing are not only possible in Sillian, but also in the neighbouring villages. The Obertilliach biathlon centre, for example, is just a few minutes away by car.
On request, we can offer you a guided snowshoe hike to our Riedlkaser mountain hut.
Our five hens provide fresh eggs for breakfast. We can also offer you East Tyrolean bee honey, homemade jams and juices. As soon as it starts to turn green again in spring, you can flavour your dishes with the various herbs from our herb garden. Depending on the season, you can buy our own meat, salami or sausages directly from us.
There's always something going on on the farm!
Cows, calves, cats, chickens and turkeys live with us.
In summer, the cows and calves are right on our alpine pasture.
In return, turkeys move in with us during the summer months.
The henhouse is always occupied by our chickens and fresh eggs can be taken from the nest.

Our completely newly built holiday apartment is 90 m² in size, featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a separate bathroom and toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. A crib is also available on-site. An additional person can sleep on the couch.
From the two balconies, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of East and South Tyrol.

Our farm is located on the Sillianberg, about 2.5 km from the village centre. Coming from Italy, enter the village of Sillian and turn left between the Marienapotheke and Raiffeisenbank. Coming from Carinthia, take the Drautal Bundesstraße B 100 to Sillian. Turn right between the Raiffeisenbank and the pharmacy.
Now drive up the road, past the parish church and turn right at the next fork in the road towards ‘Stalpen’. Now follow the road over several hairpin bends up to the sign ‘Riedlhof Sillianberg 17’.
