About Us
Surrounded by a wonderful mountain world you enjoy your summer holiday in the holiday flat "Panoramablick". The holiday flat impresses by its size: 95m² ( 3 bedrooms, kitchen, separate living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet with urinal) and offers generous space for your holiday. Even if you book only 2 persons, of course the whole apartment is booked and not only 1 room.
Especially popular with families with children, as there are 3 separate bedrooms made of high-quality wood.
The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2017 and offers every luxury and comfort. Furthermore, there are 2 large balconies, on one of which you will find comfortable deck chairs, from where you can enjoy the mountain world and relax. The 2nd balcony, which is already terraced, is perfect to enjoy dinner and watch the beautiful sunset.
Should it be bad weather, the apartment is equipped with games and TV's so that even a rainy day can be wonderfully bridged.
The farm is also an ideal starting point for many different mountain tours - be it a leisurely hike to the farm's own Prädastenalm, a challenging mountain tour to the Grosse Beil (2,309m) or simply a gondola ride to the Schatzberg (5 minutes away by car). With the Wildschönau Guest Card the mountain railway is already included and the guest card is available directly from us upon arrival.
What's guaranteed: the peace and quiet here will help you forget the stress of everyday life.
If you're lucky, you can witness the hay harvest on the mountain and even start your first attempts at hay raking. Also worth seeing is the alpine rose blossom in early summer.

About Us
Our farm is situated at 1.100 m above sea level, in the middle of a ski touring area. Directly in front of the farm you can put on your touring skis or snowshoes and make your first tracks on the deeply snow-covered slopes - truly a dream!
If you prefer cross-country skiing or hiking, you will find perfect conditions for it in the nearby Schönangeralm (5 min. by car). The Schönangeralm Inn is open almost all year round and you can enjoy a wonderful meal here.
For the ski fans among us - the ski jewel Alpbachtal Wildschönau and the valley station of the cable car (newly built in 2017) is also only 5 minutes away by car. There you will also find the connecting cable car to Alpbach and the skiing area "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau" - so you can use 2 skiing areas with one ski pass.
All around the farm you can build snowmen with your children, whizz down the slope on a toboggan or just romp around in the snow.
Our holiday apartment is perfect for people looking for relaxation - a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes, but still in 5 minutes by car in the centre of the village near the Schatzbergbahn. As we are situated on a hill, we recommend good winter tyres for your stay and, if necessary, the use of snow chains.

Fresh from our farm
Fresh from our farm we offer homemade grey cheese, butter and buttermilk, fresh milk and eggs. Choose your personal breakfast egg directly from the laying nest.
All these products are available at the SPAR market in Oberau.
Animals
Extensive animal diversity
The main focus of our farm is certainly on the many different species of animals. The following animals have their home with us: cattle and cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, calves and our cat. During a guided tour of the farm you can get to know the animals "personally" or accompany us when we feed the sheep.
