About Us
Our "Prädastenalm" can be booked from mid-October until Easter inclusive.
In summer we use the alpine hut ourselves, as the cows spend their summer freshness on the alpen

When the leaves are already changing colour, the greatest heat is over and the cows are already back in the stables on the farm, you can spend an unforgettable holiday on the Prädastenalm.
The peace and quiet and the dreamlike solitude here will make you forget the stress of everyday life quickly. Comfortable deckchairs, a Weber electric barbecue and a covered terrace invite you to continue enjoying yourself. There is a spacious area around the hut where children have plenty of room to play.
For those who like it more active: the Prädastenalm is also an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours.
About the hut itself: the Prädastenalm was extensively renovated in 2016 and the connection between "old and new" was very important to us - the basic structure with the old walls and wooden beams was retained and we combined the new interior with it - simply to feel good, see for yourself!
If you would like to visit our cows, calves, farm pigs etc., you are welcome to combine this with an excursion to the Prädastenhof - approx. 10 minutes by car!
If there is no snow, you can reach us by off-road car (forest road). When there is snow we organize the suitcase transport and you take a walk up to the hut.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed!

About Us
Spend an unforgettable winter holiday on the Prädastenalm - the alpine hut has the luxury of being alone in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps! Furthermore, the hut is equipped to a high standard and is also perfectly suited for the winter - you can even mention underfloor heating in the bathroom!
The Prädastenalm is located in the middle of a popular and avalanche-safe ski touring area below the Feldalphorn - because you are at an altitude of 1,480 m, you are the first to make a trail into the deep snowy slopes. The alpine hut is therefore an ideal starting point for many ski tours and snowshoe hikes. You can reach the Almhütte in winter with touring skis or snowshoes - tip: the snowshoes can be rented directly at the farm against a deposit. The luggage transport is taken over by us. On arrival, enjoy your first hike to the hut in a fantastic panorama (approx. 1h 15 min. walking time from our farm and parking lot).
If the forest road is not accessible, the hut can of course be reached by car (off-road vehicle recommended).
For those who like it a little quieter: the hut is of high quality and comfortably equipped, offers space for up to 7 people! A wood stove in the kitchen and a Swedish stove in the Stub'n provide cosy warmth. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and there is also a separate pantry with fridge and freezer. There is even a washing machine in the cabin, so you don't need to take so much luggage with you.
Various games for a cosy hut evening can also be found.
The large area around the hut offers enough space for the children to let off steam - from building snowmen to sledging, everything is possible here.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed!

Our farm products are also all available at the Spar Markt Stadler in Oberau-Wildschönau.
Animals
Our cows, calves, farm pigs,... are accommodated in the barn at the Prädastenhof in autumn and winter.
