Our Armelen Villa is situated at the beginning of the valley in Oetz in a prime location and consists of two units.
One is the villa where 6-8 people can enjoy their holiday on 160 sqm and the garden flat for 2-4 people on 65 sqm living space.
Both units have a terrace or a private garden to enjoy the sun and relax.

About Us
In winter, the Ötztal - Oetz has a lot to offer for families.
Our Armelen Villa is located 300m away from the Hochoetz cable car - ski rental/depot & ski schools on site. The ski bus stop is 500m away from us, so you can reach the ski areas of Sölden, Obergurgl - Hochgurgl or Kühtai in a short time without a car and of course free of charge.
Variety is of course offered, ice skating at the Piburger See, tobogganing, snowshoe hiking,...
Or simply sit comfortably by the warm tiled stove in the villa and enjoy the winter.
Farm products and catering
In our farm shop you will find exclusively regional products from the Ötztal, such as Duroc pork,
Tyrolean yearling meat, cheese and bacon dumplings, eggs, yoghurt and much more.

Arrival
Our Armelen Villa is located at the entrance to the valley, in the heart of Oetz, directly from a bus stop (500 m), the supermarket (200 m) and the mountain lifts (300 m). The Oetz outdoor swimming pool is also only a few minutes' walk away (200 m). Those who spend their holidays with us are surrounded by the dreamlike mountain panorama of the Ötztal and lots of peace and quiet, despite the central location. We are located directly on the B186 and the L237 and are therefore easy to find. The idyllic Lake Piburg, a true place of power in the Alps, is about 5 minutes away by car and is worth a visit in summer and winter.
