About Us
The location of our Perfeldhof enables you to enjoy a guaranteed varied holiday at any time of the year. We have the perfect offer for active people and also for those seeking peace and quiet. In winter directly at the ski slope and in summer in the middle of the bike park Saalbach-Hinterglemm, with us the adventure always starts in front of the door. Or would you rather enjoy the mountain panorama from your lounger? In our in-house wellness area this is of course possible free of charge.
Our modern and cosy holiday flats can be combined flexibly and used very well by families, smaller or also large groups. Some of the double rooms are located in the annexe building, but share all the amenities of the main house.
Start your day with our rich breakfast buffet or comfortably in your own flat with fresh bread from the bread service. Breakfast is included in the price of our double rooms and can be booked by flat guests (only in winter) for € 17 per person/day.
There is always plenty to do on the farm as well. In summer, the children are welcome to bring the calves and goats from the pasture back to the barn in the evening and feed them. Our farm cats look forward to being stroked and are real cuddly tigers. In addition, you can take part in the fresh cheese production 1 x per week and gain valuable experience in handling freshly produced food. Our guests can purchase the homemade products directly in the house and thus take a piece of their holiday home with them.
Summer
The playground right next to the house makes children's eyes light up and offers great experiences for the little ones with its trampoline, slide, swing, sandpit and waterway, while parents relax on the sun terrace and watch their offspring. Those in search of greater adventures can plunge down the many different trails on a mountain bike. A little calmer and more relaxed, you can of course also explore the mountains on foot. We are a certified hiking company and are happy to offer guided hikes.
Winter
The hearts of winter sports enthusiasts beat faster here when the first turns are made on the pristine pistes. Off-piste fun is provided by the range of activities on offer in the valley head of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. A walk across the Golden Gate Bridge of the Alps and a visit to the Baumzipfelweg offer adventures close to nature all year round. Snowshoe hikers and ski tourers also get their money's worth here. Numerous tours lead up to the gentle mountains of the Glemmtal, which you can follow digitally via GPX file using outdooractive.

The Gensbichler family
Our own farm with dairy cattle enables us to produce many products ourselves. We are also happy to prepare these for our guests and can therefore offer you the following range from our own production:
- Homemade natural yoghurt
- Fresh cheese cubes pickled in herb oil
- Buttermilk
- Fresh milk
- eggs
- Jams (seasonal)
Some products are produced continuously and are therefore always available. Other products require a production time of at least 24 hours, which is why we ask you to order them early enough.
You will find the products in our refrigerator at the reception from which you may take them yourself. Upon arrival, you will receive a list from us in which you enter the products you have taken out. At the end of your stay, the amount will be calculated and settled in cash!
Products from the Hinterglemmer Genusswerkstatt
Our brother-in-law from the "Xandl-Stadl" also has a comprehensive range of home-made products. Thanks to his busy bee colony, he harvests wonderfully delicious honey from Hinterglemm every year. You can also purchase his products from us. If you want to take advantage of the full range, why not visit him in the "Xandl-Stadl" - you will find the restaurant directly below our house (5 minutes' walk).
In summer our calves and goats are on the pasture and in winter they are in the stable. Our cats Rocky, Simba, Lilly, Luis and Pauli are always happy to be petted. The horses are on summer holiday in the "Hochalm" and the dairy cows are milked on the mountain pasture. Dog "Nero" welcomes you friendly at the farm and our chickens provide the supply of fresh eggs!
From summer 2023 there will also be our own petting enclosure with rabbits.
