About Us
The Peilberghof is situated on a sunny hill on the outskirts of Hollersbach – quiet and surrounded by meadows, with a beautiful view of the Oberpinzgau and the surrounding mountains. At the same time, the village, public transport, and the Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen are just a few minutes' walk away.
For over 300 years, our heritage farm has been run by the Riedlsberger family. Farming is part of our daily life. Calves, chickens, ducks, and Susi the farm cat are at home on the farm, and there is plenty of space around the farmhouse as well as a large playground for children.
Our apartments and studio combine the original charm of the farmhouse with modern comfort and cozy living.
In summer, our cows and most of the young cattle spend their time on the Peilberg Hochalm. Hiking and cycling trails start right on our doorstep, and with the included Nationalpark Sommercard, the region is particularly easy to explore. In winter, all the animals are back at the farm, and there is plenty of activity in the stable. The Panoramabahn takes you directly to the KitzSki ski area – and when there is enough snow, you can even ski from the farm straight to the valley station.
After a day in the mountains, you will find plenty of peace and quiet around the farm or you can relax in our wellness house with a pine sauna, infrared cabin, and relaxation room.
A place for everyone who wants to enjoy farm life, mountains, and nature – without compromising on peace and quiet or short distances.

For over 300 years, our hereditary farm has been run by the Riedlsberger family. Agriculture is part of our daily life. Calves, chickens, ducks, and farm cat Susi are at home on the farm, and there is plenty of space around the farmhouse as well as a large playground for children.

Farm products and catering
At the Peilberghof, there is also plenty to enjoy from our own farm: fresh milk from our cows, eggs from our chickens, and bacon from our alpine pigs.
Depending on the season and availability, this is complemented by smoked beef, jams, liqueurs, and schnapps. The fruit for these grows in our own orchard with around 40 fruit trees.
Our schnapps and liqueurs can be tasted in our cozy Kellerstüberl. Senior farmer Toni loves to share insights about the production and the different varieties.
For a cozy breakfast, you will find many things directly on our farm. Fresh rolls can also be ordered via our bread roll service.
All farm products are available depending on the season and availability.
Animals
A holiday at the Peilberghof naturally also includes our animals. Around 50 cattle, chickens and ducks, as well as our farm cat Susi, make their home here. Especially the calves, which remain at the farm even during the summer, are popular with guests of all ages.
Our cows and the majority of the young cattle spend the summer on the Peilberg Hochalm at around 1,700 metres. Our alpine pigs are also there every year. During a hike up to the high pasture, you can visit our animals, get to know alpine life, and with a little luck, even watch the milking.
In winter, all the cattle are back home and there is plenty of activity in the stable. This allows you to experience our farming and life with the animals to some extent in every season.
