Our farm is situated in a quiet location with a unique view of the mountains. Unwind on your own terrace with lounge. The sauna and infrared cabin invite you to relax after a hike or a day of skiing.

Experience a farm

Visiting the stable and helping to feed the animals. You are also welcome to help with the haymaking. We invite you to our alpine pasture, where we will explain and familiarise you with three-stage farming.

Family holiday at the Panoramahof Eggele - that's what we call a holiday!

The quietly situated children's farm on a hill with a panoramic view invites you and your family on holiday.

Playground with slide, swing, climbing tower, sandpit, trampoline and go-kart,
a playroom with a blackboard, puzzle and co. will make children's hearts beat faster.

Cosy outdoor seating area and spacious balconies for adults to enjoy. And after a strenuous day, you can relax.

Around the corner is the “Holdamoos Nature Park“ with herb garden, water trek, suspension bridge and barbecue area. And at the foot of the Diedamskopf, the Panoramahof Eggele is the starting point for hikes and cycle tours.

In summer you receive the Bregenzerwald Guest Card for stays of three nights or more, with which you can use all mountain railways, outdoor swimming pools and public transport to the towns of Dornbirn and Bregenz free of charge.

Information on travelling by public transport:

Travelling by bus is possible (nearest bus stop: Bergbahnen Diedamskopf, approx. 1 km away)
From the bus stop to us: on foot
We are happy to organise a taxi from the bus stop. Please contact us before your arrival.
Buses normally run 2-5 times a day on weekdays and 2-5 times a day at weekends and on public holidays.
Travelling by train is possible (nearest train station: Dornbirn, approx. 50 km away)
From the railway station to us: Public bus (free with the Bregenzerwaldcard from Dornbirn/Bregenz)

On request we can provide you daily (except July/August) with

fresh cow's milk,
butter,
mountain cheese
yoghurt,
eggs from our free-range chickens.

On request, these farm products are available for bread service.

On our farm you will find

14 dairy cows with their own offspring
two rabbits
our cat Felix and
sheep that tend our steep pastures and the chickens that
the chickens that provide us with eggs every day.

The cows spend the summer on the alpine pasture. In June and September on the Vorsäß Schalzbach. That would be a great excursion destination, wouldn't it?

Your loved ones can also go pony riding in the neighbouring village.

At the beginning of Schoppernau - first exit left, past the Diedamskopf cable cars and then straight ahead. Then you'll end up at our Eggele panoramic farm. We are the last house.
