Our classic, newly built Alpine cottage lies at the foot of Tamsweger's local mountain - the Preber - in the midst of Salzburg's Lungau.
Peacefully situated at the edge of a larch forest in the beautiful Preber region, our Alpine cottage is distinguished by a tasteful construction connecting the modern with the traditional.
Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two, or a holiday with family or friends - up to 11 people can be accommodated in our self-catering cottage.
A bog nature trail, impressive mountain backdrops or wonderful mountain and hiking trips - the Ottingeralm offers so many things to do in the summertime.
Have you heard of the famous Prebersee water target shooting? Or ridden a Mountainbike in the Lungauer mountains? Or cast a fishing line on the Prebersee?

About Us
The magnificent snow-covered landscape around the Prebersee, with winter hiking paths we laid ourselves, promises many romantic hours spent in beautiful Lungau.
The fantastic Preber high-altitude track, which travels all around the Prebersee, awaits you just outside your front door with guaranteed snow!
A dream for all skiers, the Preber is one of the most well-known and beautiful mountains for skiing in the Alps. There are inns operating all around the Prebersee where you can stop for refreshments.
For those not fond of skiing, there are 6 pairs of snow shoes available in the cottages.
