About Us
Family-friendly farm, approx. 2.5 km away from the centre of Velden am Wörthersee. In our house, the "ORANHOF", you can choose between three holiday apartments with a view of the Mittagskogel mountain. Two are on the ground floor with direct access to the garden and another one is on the upper floor with a balcony.
Stay with friends is the motto on the "ORANHOF". It begins with the reception with a bottle of homemade cider or apple juice as well as a sample of our farmhouse produce, and continues with family hospitality, and ends with a sausage for the children and a small bottle of homemade schnapps for the adults to fortify you at home. Children (on every child's birthday there is a cake) are especially enthusiastic about life on and helping around the farm. Because, of course, it is also great when parents can relax for a change.
We are a milk and pig farm with direct marketing. Self-caterers and people who value healthy farm specialities get their money's worth from the farm shop.

About Us
There is an aroma of baked apples, incense, biscuits and mulled spiced cider in the air . You can hear our choirs singing beautiful, contemplative songs .
Experience tradition such as fetching a Christmas tree from the forest, burning incense around the house and farmyard or perhaps distilling your own schnapps?
Experience with us beautiful Engelstadt Velden in the run-up to Christmas and greet the NEW YEAR 2013 on the Oranhof farm.
Fahrendorf has a drag lift for beginners and the Gerlitze as well as the NEW KÄRNTEN THERMAL SPA are 15 minutes by car.
Snowshoeing in the Dobratsch nature park, a unique experience. Curling, cross-country skiing and in the evening try your luck in the Velden casino, would that be something for YOU?

Our guests can have fresh milk on a daily basis or they can collect the milk themselves.
