Formerly an old wagon barn, carefully renovated with regional materials - a rustic and regionally typical luxury alpine hut in a secluded location, which has been opened up on the south side through a continuous panoramic glass pane, allowing the mountain world to merge with the interior.

Rustic wooden ceilings and a massive table create an atmosphere just like in the old days.
The contrast between historical substance, state-of-the-art technology and minimalist design is brought to life.

On 2 floors and 110m2 of living space, 6 people will find everything that makes up an Alpine lifestyle - from the traditional to the modern in a secluded location.

First floor:
Where the carts once stood, you can now enjoy the stunning view in front of an open fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with a massive central table made of old wood is just as much a part of the luxury alpine hut as a hanging chair directly behind the glass front.

The adjoining former workshop now houses the open-plan bathroom - also with an unobstructed view of the Styrian mountains.

The partially covered terrace is the perfect place to dine at sunset and then round off the day in the outdoor hot tub.

Upper floor:
The upper floor is where you sleep - on a king-size Swiss stone pine bed in the gallery or on Swiss stone pine beds in the two bedrooms, which used to be used as tool storage. The stone pine wood comes from the surrounding mountains in Styria.

We have also installed a rustic sauna in the dormer window, which offers a view of the adjacent forest.
