Welcome to Obersperrgut in Krispl-Gaißau, in the beautiful Salzburger Land!
Our cozy holiday home is located right next to our organic farm at 910 meters above sea level and offers a breathtaking view of the Schmittenstein and the surrounding mountains. The quiet, sunny location ensures pure relaxation, while countless leisure activities await right on your doorstep.
Our farm is a paradise for nature lovers and families. We have many animals, including cows, pigs, cats, and rabbits, who are already looking forward to meeting you. Children can help feed the animals and experience real country life up close. After an active day, our garden with barbecue facilities invites you to relax and unwind.
Thanks to our central location, you can reach Hallein in just 18 minutes and Salzburg in 30 minutes, where you’ll find numerous sights, cultural attractions, and shopping opportunities.
In summer, the Krispl-Gaißau region transforms into a hiking and mountain biking paradise. Many well-marked hiking trails start directly from our house and lead through the stunning mountain landscape. Whether you prefer leisurely walks or challenging summit tours, there is something for everyone.
On hot summer days, the nearby lakes offer a refreshing cool-down. If you're looking for more adventure, try climbing, paragliding, or whitewater rafting.
Families will love exciting day trips to attractions like the Eisriesenwelt Werfen (Ice Caves), Salzwelten Hallein (Salt Mines), or the Wildpark Ferleiten, where you can experience local wildlife up close.
In winter, you can start ski touring or snowshoeing directly from our accommodation and explore the snow-covered landscapes. Children can have fun sledding and bobsledding on our fields.
The nearby Krispl-Gaißau ski resort offers a 600-meter-long T-bar lift slope, perfect for families and beginners. If you prefer cross-country skiing, you can use the prepared trails, or take a scenic walk along the winter hiking trail.
A special highlight is a visit to Salzburg during Christmas time, when the city transforms into a winter wonderland with charming Christmas markets and festive lights.
