The Neboth Hütte offers plenty of space with a large kitchen-living room, entrance hall, and 5 bedrooms. In this carefully renovated cabin, located at around 1100 m above sea level far away from mass tourism, up to 10 people can enjoy their holiday undisturbed.
Pure nature in the outdoor area of the Neboth Hütte:
Enjoy your holiday in an alpine paradise, surrounded by peace and relaxation. The outdoor area offers numerous highlights: a barbecue area with a new Weber charcoal grill, a natural bowling alley, a solar shower, a sand playground, a campfire site, and a private pond with trout and a jetty. It is the perfect place to relax on the sun loungers or by the fresh spring water trough. While playing, children can watch the Scottish Highland cattle in the adjacent pasture.
The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and walking and is a true mushroom paradise. The private forest surrounding the house ensures a unique nature experience.
Nockberge Summer Paradise:
Guests of the Neboth Hütte have the hiking world of the Gurktal Alps right on their doorstep. Family-friendly tours as well as longer hikes in the gentle Nockberge mountains lead through beautiful stone pine forests. Anyone wishing to plan a swimming day can visit the nearby natural swimming pond in Glödnitz or the Carinthian lakes such as Goggausee, Längsee, Ossiacher See, and Wörthersee. Bad Kleinkirchheim with its thermal baths is also only an hour's drive away.
In the surrounding area, there are also many cultural excursion destinations such as the medieval old town of Friesach, the Gurk Cathedral, and the Nockalm Road, a famous panoramic road with breathtaking views.
Tip: Catering from Gasthof Kogleck – have Carinthian specialties such as roast pork, Carinthian cheese noodles, or pizza & burgers delivered to you.

Your Leitner-Gebeneter Family
Our Scottish Highland cattle spend the entire year on the Neboth Alm. The calves are particularly popular with the children, who can curiously observe them in the adjacent, fenced pasture.
Our cat, who lives at the hut all year round, is also always happy to get some cuddles.

By car:
From the A2 motorway exit Klagenfurt-Nord via Feldkirchen in Kärnten (B95, B94, and Gurktaler Bundesstraße B93) to Klein-Glödnitz. Turn left here onto Flattnitzer Landesstraße and drive via Glödnitz for approx. 6 km to the Grai turn-off. Turn left and follow the mountain road for another 2.5 km to the Neboth Hütte.
Coming from the Friesacher Bundesstraße (B317), drive via the Gurktaler Bundesstraße to Glödnitz and continue as described above.
