Our newly built alpine cabin has been furnished with great attention to detail and offers you a cozy retreat surrounded by nature. The ground floor is designed to be barrier-free. On the sunny alpine terrace, comfortable seating areas and a barbecue invite you to enjoy pleasant hours outdoors.

The Ledererhütte has an alpine charm across two lovingly designed floors. An environmentally friendly pellet central heating system ensures cozy warmth all year round. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you with a dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle & toaster. The living area invites you to spend cozy hours with a seating corner & a traditional tiled stove.
A comfortable single room, a barrier-free bathroom with a shower, washing machine & dryer, and a separate toilet complete the offering on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two further double rooms with a bathroom & a separate toilet.
Mountain adventure right on the doorstep
The most beautiful hikes and mountain adventures begin directly in front of the cabin. Discover the Nockberge Biosphere Park on a leisurely hike to the Maibrunnhöhe, to the Kaiserburg, or do the 5-peak circuit. Cycling & mountain bike trails lead through the impressive alpine landscape and make the Ledererhütte the ideal starting point for active holiday days.
Enjoyment on the alpine pasture
About a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away is the managed Rieserhütte. There you can expect a traditional Carinthian snack, a "Ritschert" stew, and many homemade farm products. From May to October, other alpine huts in the area invite you to stop by for a cozy break and Carinthian delicacies.

Two ponies, cows, cattle, and calves graze around the cabin. With a bit of luck, you can spot deer and red deer, discover colorful butterflies, buzzing wild bees, or see a marmot warming itself in the sun. Here, nature is not just a backdrop – it accompanies you throughout your holiday.

At the Ledererhütte, sustainability is not just a word, but a lived philosophy. We draw from the rich treasures of the Nockberge mountains and give back mindfully to preserve this natural jewel for future generations.
Our animals – from our hard-working cattle, cows, and calves to the lovable ponies Lisa and Vicky – are not just residents, but also valuable landscape conservationists. Their natural grazing contributes significantly to maintaining the species-rich alpine meadows and the unique biodiversity of the region. We consistently rely on regional cycles by sourcing our products preferentially from the immediate surroundings and proudly maintaining local traditions.
An environmentally friendly heating system ensures your cozy warmth: pellets and wood from our own sustainably managed alpine forest feed the traditional tiled stove, which creates an incomparably cozy atmosphere.
In the evening, the crackling fire in the rustic fire bowl under the clear starry sky invites you to consciously experience the deep tranquility and untouched beauty of the mountains, leaving everyday life far behind. Here, you can feel the power of nature with all your senses.

Welcome to our idyllic alpine cabin in the mountains!
Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views of the Kolmnock in this cozy, non-smoking cabin spread over two living floors, which is always kept at a pleasant temperature by cozy central pellet heating.
The barrier-free ground floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired:
Here you can expect a modern 4-ring stove with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Comprehensive kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies are of course provided. The cozy seating area with a rustic tiled stove invites you to spend comfortable hours. A single room with a single bed and a spacious, also barrier-free bathroom with a shower and hairdryer ensure comfort. A washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a separate toilet complete the amenities on the ground floor.
Upstairs, two charming double bedrooms await you, and another bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are also at your disposal here.
An integrated radio and a TV provide entertainment.
The cabin features high-quality wooden floors and is fully equipped with fresh bed linen and towels.
A cot can be provided if required.
Outside, a fenced yard beckons with a wind-sheltered, private seating terrace from which you can enjoy the alpine panorama to the fullest.
The cabin's own well provides refreshing mountain spring water. This charming alpine cabin is ideal for up to 5 people.
