About Us
The top attraction of the winter season are the free ski lessons, including lift pass, for children ages 4 to 12. This offer applies to any stay of seven days (Saturday to Saturday, ski school runs Sunday through Friday) and is valued at €179. Free ski lessons are also offered in January for guests age 50 and over, valued at €195. Also included is a 50% discount on ski equipment rental! The ski lift and ski school is located 500 m from the farm. Family-friendly fun on the slopes is guaranteed!
Farm products and catering
You are welcome to purchase our homemade organic products. Fresh milk, yogurt, country bread, jams, house-distilled schnapps, fruit liqueurs, eggs, fresh vegetables and herbs from the garden, and a variety of fruit and berries.
Animals
No one will be bored at our child-friendly farm! Enjoy the smell of fresh hay and ride on the tractor with Martin, our young farmer. Be a farmer for a day and help with barn chores, or ride the ponies. Gather eggs for breakfast from the chicken coop – the freshest eggs you'll ever eat! We currently own 35 to 40 dairy cows, two ponies, 15 chickens, three ducks and a cat.

Arrival
We are located 25 km from Innsbruck and 10 km from Schwaz, in the district of Kolsass-Weer near the Kolsassberg (Kolsass mountain), 1 km from the village. From Kolsass take the main street to the Kolsassberg, turn at the yellow chapel on the right, and arrive at the Leachhof. Continue past the barn to the front of the house.
