Our newly renovated holiday apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate 2-7 people. The cozy living area with flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge including freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, blender and coffee filter machine leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed with a pull-out sofa and an infrared cabin. If you are interested or have any questions, please let us know. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has a double bed which can also be used as two separate single beds. The bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large mirror, a bathroom stool and a hair dryer completes the whole thing. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is a children's playroom for our younger guests and we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge. Please note that bread delivery service is only possible if arranged in advance.

Arrival
If you are coming from the A1 motorway, please take the Loosdorf exit. Please follow the signs to Roggendorf (JET filling station). At the end of the bypass, turn left at the T-junction. In Roggendorf, turn left again into Hofstraße and continue to the outskirts.
