The country house has been lovingly and completely renovated. It offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, and a cozy living room. Here, you can feel right at home while enjoying the unique peace and quiet.

No street noise, no hectics – just you and nature. While the children play football among the fruit trees, you can enjoy the peace and the impressive view of the Karawanks. The true luxury of this holiday farm is its own orchard – a paradise for relaxation. End the day by reading a good book, having a cozy barbecue, or gathering around a campfire. The orchard is the perfect place to experience the sunrise and enjoy nature to the fullest until sunset.
In the area surrounding the house, you might even spot the fascinating Eurasian scops owl, which has one of the highest population densities in Austria here due to the high quality of life. It is a unique experience to discover this small, shy bird in its natural habitat.
Explore the untouched nature on hikes, mountain bike tours, or cycling trips along the Drau Cycle Path. The Plöschenberg with its breathtaking view, the numerous natural treasures, and the nostalgic Rosental steam railway invite you to enjoy life to the fullest.

At the farm itself, you will find a small, lovely garden filled with a selection of herbs, berries, and fruit. There is also plenty of apple juice & cider provided.
Directly nearby, a farm shop awaits you, offering a variety of fresh, regional products. Here you can stock up on delicious delicacies from the surrounding area – perfect for your meals at the country house.
Carinthia also offers numerous gourmet hosts (Genusswirte), tempting you with regional specialties and seasonal delicacies. Enjoy the flavors of Carinthian Reindling, a fine roast pork, or classic ice cream pancakes from the region in one of the cozy inns and restaurants.
Animals
Instead of traditional animals like cows or chickens, here you can experience the diversity of wild nature in its purest form.
