Our country house Santner in Mariapfarr, the sunniest place in Austria, offers you 4 cozy, fully equipped apartments. Thanks to the great location on the outskirts you can enjoy peace and still reach in a few minutes the center of Mariapfarr with supermarket, bank and post office.
As guests in our country house, the Örgi's Kids World is available from our headquarters "Hotel Post-Örglwirt". The adventure playground with slides, climbing wall and trampoline, the swimming pond, and the mini farm with goats, ponies and Co. will make your children's eyes shine. In bad weather, the Pumuckelstube is waiting for many little guests.
You can also use the spa area at the Hotel Post-Örglwirt or join the weekly program. In addition, you also have the opportunity to book the gourmet half-board in the hotel.

HOLIDAY ON THE FARM in Mariapfarr – WINTER SUN, SNOW, SPORT & FUN
Mariapfarr is located in the Lungau region in the southernmost part of the province of Salzburg at 1,120 m above sea level and is easily accessible on the A 10 Tauernautobahn motorway from Salzburg in about an hour's drive. From the St. Michael/Lungau exit – between the Tauerntunnel and the Katschbergtunnel – is is only 14 km to Mariapfarr. On the southern edge of the town with amazing views, surrounded by snowy pastures and close to Samsunn vital and spa centre, you will find our especially comfortable COTTAGE SANTNER - ÖRGLWIRT'S GUT. After only a 1-minute walk you are already at our mini farm, where you can greet our horses, ponies, sheep and pygmy goats. The barns are approx. 50 m away from the apartments, so there are no bad smells!
Our holiday complex is in a completely peaceful and traffic-free location. It is nevertheless only one minute to the centre of town and its shops, and only 2 minutes' walk to the "Gesund und Fit-Hotel POST-ÖRGLWIRT" partner hotel.
Our toboggan run (free toboggan hire), the children's ski area as well as the skating rink are right beside it. The cross-country ski network in Lungau comprises about 120 km of well-prepared runs. It is only a one-minute walk from the complimentary ski bus. To the surrounding ski areas Fanningberg, Großeck, Speiereck, Aineck, Katschberg and Obertauern, which are all within 10 to 20 minutes by car, you will find over 60 lifts and over 300 km of slopes (with a ski pass).
The children's play room – our PUMUCKELSTUBE with slide, Wild West fort, bouncy animals, motorcycle swing and football table – is located in the main building. There is also a COIN-OPERATED LAUNDRY (charges apply).
We offer the family apartment either without food or with BREAKFAST or HALF BOARD (from 3 days) in the partner hotel.
