Hardly have you arrived and the children are already busy with the animals. Have you ever milked a goat? Trampoline and sandbox are just waiting to be used. Hoppla! There is also a playhouse, pedal tractor, tricycle, roller and much more. Simply idyllic!
In the large farmhouse garden there are some sun loungers. Enjoy the perfect peace, recharge your batteries, get back to yourself and start the day grounded. Cycling, hiking, running, and walking. Pop in to the neighbours to say hello! A path leads through the lush green meadows into the forest - quite an adventure. And all this in the sunniest region of Austria. Spend your HOLIDAY in the sunniest region in Austria. Amid the European protected area of the Vulkan und Thermenland (Volcano and Thermal Spa Country). The swings under the cherry tree are perfect for dreaming. There is also plenty of space for the children to run about.
Farmhouse garden with soft fruits, sweet berries, fresh vegetables and a herb garden. Vitalised water flows through the farm according to the principles of Johann Grander.
The traditional Austrian wine restaurants as well as rural gastronomy promises plenty of culinary delights! Bicycles on the farm! There is a bicycle garage for your own bikes. Right on the Murradweg RA2. Both families and cyclists looking for a challenge will get their money's worth here.

Winter is a quiet time here. You'll be searching in vain for ski slopes, après-ski fun and crowds of people."Silent Advent in the Styrian Volcano Land" and "Straden in Green", both offer a very special place for reflective events as well as letting you see people, things and situations in a different light. The entire place is swathed in a green light during the Advent season. Lanterns and mystical light shows complete the magic...
In winter, in the heart of the European protected area of Volcano and Thermal Spa country, you will find: Thermal baths, ice skating rinks, ski slope for children, Zotter Chocolate Factory and many farm shops - which will entice you to taste and buy. Wine restaurants and the catering industry are waiting with regional cuisine!

After a short and mild winter, spring shows its face in March and the time has come to get the bicycles and hiking sticks out of the cellar. We are waiting for you!

Animals
Ever seen an animal being born? Goats with their kids frolic around, our pony Lausa loves to be stroked and looked after, tame rabbits in the free-range enclosure, cats, ducks and hens all live happily on the farm together.
Helping out with feeding and in the barn is of course possible if you'd like. Don't forget to bring your play clothes and barn clothes!

Arrival
- From Vienna via the A2, exit Ilz, continue along the B66 (Riegersburg) - Feldbach - Bad Gleichenberg. Turn off at Straden towards Mureck, continue through Wieden. Another 500 m from the edge of Wieden, then the Domberg turn-off "Landhaus Bender" comes up on the left. Now it's just a few hundred metres to our home.
- From Graz via the A9, exit Vogau/Straß via the B 69 keeping towards Bad Radkersburg. From the Gosdorf railway crossing, continue towards Straden. Another 500 m from the edge of Hart, then the Domberg turn-off "Landhaus Bender" comes up on the right. Now it's just a few hundred metres to our home.
