Our adventure farm offers a wonderful location in Neustift im Stubaital. At the heart of white, snow-covered fields in winter, you will have a glorious view of the Stubai mountain landscape. The rooms and apartments at the Ladestatthof have been furnitured with a lot of care and attention to detail. You will find a delicious breakfast with delicacies produced at our farm offers a healthy start to each of your days here. While the kids can fulfil their dreams in the play area, the grown-ups can leave all their cares behind in the spa oasis (130 m²) and recharge their vital energies.

Rustic Hay Bed Night
At our Ladestatthof you can spend an unforgettable overnight stay in a hay bed. Softly bedded in a barn full of mountain hay, you can enjoy unique atmosphere while viewing the sky full of stars. In the evening, Gabi, the landlady, serves you Tyrolean dinner snacks including homemade bread, sausages and cheese. A breakfast buffet with homemade delicacies is waiting for you in the morning. Available on request by mail or via our website.

There are four different ski regions in the Stubaital: Stubaier glacier (guaranteed snow from October - June), Schlick 2000, Elfer and Serles. There are plenty of slopes to choose from for skiers of all levels. Ski lessons and all-day childcare are available at the BIG Family children's and teens' ski camp. As the Ladestatthof is a member, there is a discount for children's ski courses at the BIG Family Club.
There are also lots of alternative activities to try, such as daytime and night-time tobogganing, ice skating, snowshoeing, night shows, etc.

There's never a dull moment here: Parents can relax while the children have new experiences – especially with the animals.
Milking a real cow, feeding calves, petting cats and rabbits, riding along on the hay wagon – children can experience all this on our farm.
Our animals can be visited in the barn at any time. In the mornings and evenings, you can actively help with the barn chores. You can feed the animals and milk the cows.

Arrival by car
Coming from the North:
On the A12 motorway.
Past Innsbruck on the A13 motorway towards Brenner / Italy.
Coming from the south:
On the A13 motorway towards Innsbruck. Take exit for Schönberg. (Exit 10).
Take the B 183 A-road to get to the Stubai Valley, approx. 15 km to Neustift.
Follow the B 183 A-road on the main street towards Neustift until you see the Neustift place-name sign. After approx. 200 m you will reach the sign for Neder (district of Neustift). After 150 m you drive over a bridge and approx. 50 m after this bridge turn right at our sign. You have reached your destination and can see the Ladestatthof guest house in the meadows.
Arrival by train
From Innsbruck main train station take a direct bus route in to Stubai Valley up to Neustift/Neder. The buses run every half hour from the main train station.
Arrival by plane
From Innsbruck airport, take a taxi to Neustift/Stubaital (approx. 25 km), or the airport bus (route F) to the bus stop at Innsbruck main train station, from there, see directions for train/bus.
