In the midst of Carinthia's most beautiful mountain world at the foot of the Großglockner, the Lercher family's farm welcomes you and offers plenty of peace and relaxation.

The Lacklhof is the ideal starting point for easy hikes but also for really big mountain tours, as several three-thousand-meter peaks are very close to us.

Would you like to feed a marmot, observe ibexes up close, or let an alpine salamander crawl across your hand? Or would you like to help take care of our farm animals? Our calves, chickens, and little lambs look forward to being fed and stroked.

In summer, in addition to hikes, you can also visit the newly built leisure center with a natural swimming pool in Großkirchheim. Furthermore, it never gets boring on our farm, as you are welcome to help with the farm work and feeding the animals, and get a taste of everyday life as a "farmer". If you are lucky, you can experience the birth of a calf or a lamb live and see for yourself how happily animals live here in the mountains.

Luxurious amenities

At Apartment Lacklhof, tradition meets modernity! A cozy, rustic, and lovingly furnished holiday apartment (120m²) awaits you. A pleasantly scented stone pine room, a Finnish sauna, and a top-equipped kitchen-living room! Up to 7 people will find plenty of space in two double rooms and one triple room.

So kids, put on your wellies and head to the farm - this is a vacation in nature and with friends. It's going to be an adventure!

We, the Lercher family, look forward to welcoming you to our home.

The breakfast eggs can be collected directly from the nest.

In the bee hut, you can watch the bees building honeycombs and collecting honey, and learn a lot about the life of a honeybee.

Thanks to the consumption of the fine alpine herbs, our milk probably tastes the best.
