Krugrain-Hütte

The Krugrain Hütte stands at the foot of “Gumma” mountain, in the heart of a variety-rich hiking region in the Salzburger Lungau - SalzburgerLand. You will find marked hiking paths right outside the hut.

The Krugrain Hütte is a basic self-catering hut for up to 4 people. It lies in a completely secluded location at 1800 m above sea level, surrounded by alpine pastures and forests. However, you can also reach the “Wildbachhütte” in just 5 minutes, where they will be happy to serve a selection of regional specialties.

In this tranquil, secluded setting, enjoy the marvels of nature. Hike, grill, take a timeout and sit next to the babbling spring. Bask in the sunshine or watch the cows grazing – all of this and more is offered to you by the Krugrain Hütte in Lessach in SalzburgerLand.

Arrival

The hut can be reached by car. An all-terrain vehicle is an advantage, though not a requirement. The drive takes you from Lessach along the paved road, with the final 2 km on a well-maintained gravel forestry road.
