About Us

The Kreinzhuabn - Comfort - Peace - Relaxation 

Our Kreinzhuabn is a former mountain farm located at approx. 840m above sea level, at the foot of the Saualpe. It enchants with its absolute secluded location and a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains, as well as the beautiful Jauntal valley! 

Our self-catering cabin is newly renovated and impresses with its cozy, loving, and comfortable ambiance. All around the house, quiet spots invite you to relax all year round.  Discover many beautiful places during a walk around the Kreinzhuabn. The surrounding orchards, with old varieties of fruit trees, also show their most wonderful side in all four seasons.

Our cows graze on the surrounding meadows during the summer months and enjoy the mountain summer. In addition, the Kreinzhuabn serves as an ideal starting point for beautiful panoramic hiking trails. For example, Carinthia's sunny paradise, the mountain village of Diex, can be easily reached on a leisurely hike.

The access road leads via a well-maintained gravel path directly to the Kreinzhuabn. This allows you to comfortably reach your holiday destination with your own car. Upon your arrival, we will gladly accompany you personally from the valley to the mountain cabin.

As an additional offer, we offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy our private beach on beautiful Lake Klopein.

Animals

In the summer months, some of our Simmental cows graze on the fenced pastures next to the Kreinzhuabn and enjoy their summer retreat on the alpine pastures. Here, you have the opportunity to get to know and discover the gentle nature of these animals.

Thanks to the quiet location of our Kreinzhuabn it is particularly easy to leave the stress of everyday life behind.

In harmony with nature, you can also observe wild animals from time to time.

Alpine Cabin Kreinzhuabn

2 - 6 People

Completely renovated former mountain farmhouse with comfortable amenities. Kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and tableware, Swedish stove, seating area, toilet. A staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Another staircase leads to a very large bedroom with 4 beds, which was enlarged and renovated in 2020. Electric heating throughout the house. A sun terrace with an awning, sun loungers, and a porch swing invites you to relax.
