As the last house on the mountain in complete seclusion, it offers peace and unspoiled nature at an altitude of 1,350 m. The spacious holiday apartment invites you to relax while you enjoy the tranquility and fresh mountain air. A retreat to recharge your batteries and let your soul unwind.

Welcome to the Krametergut holiday home on the sunny side of St. Michael in the Lungau Biosphere Park!

The Sepp and Sabine Walcher family warmly welcome you to our Krametergut holiday home at 1350m above sea level in a quiet, sunny and secluded location!

Our large family-friendly holiday flat offers space for a maximum of 10 people and is located on the upper floor. Our house is a non-smoking house, the flat on the ground floor is private and uninhabited, which means you have the whole house to yourself! Each of our rooms is equipped with a balcony, with an impressive view of St.Michael!

Enjoy the marvellous nature and mountain scenery in Salzburg's Lungau and the unique peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

The large garden invites you to relax and barbecue in summer, while the children can let off steam in our playground and the nearby small stream. Hiking and cycling tours start directly from the house! In summer you can also use the Lungau Card which is included in the price!

In winter there is plenty of space for pure snow fun, building snowmen, tobogganing or a real snowball fight! Wonderful ski touring area, the ski areas Großeck/ Speiereck or Aineck/ Katschberg are in the immediate vicinity.

The centre of St. Michael is 3km away. On our farm we breed Scottish Highland cattle with great passion!
Every guest staying with us can observe these beautiful, calm animals and will realise how the tranquillity and positive atmosphere is transferred to people.

Holiday flat

4 - 10 People

The spacious holiday flat is located on the upper and top floor and offers 120m² of space for up to 10 people. The flat on the ground floor is private and currently unoccupied. This means that you have the holiday home to yourself. On the upper floor there is a double and a triple room, a bathroom with WC and shower and the living/dining area with kitchen. On the top floor there is another bathroom with WC and shower, a double room and a double room with a sofa bed. We are happy to provide a high chair and a travel cot for all young families. The kitchen is fully equipped! Electric cooker with oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a soda stream are available.

Bed linen can be rented on site for € 12/ set. (Please bring your own towels!)
A deposit of € 300.- is required on arrival!
Pets are not allowed in our house!
Smoking in the house is not allowed!
