Our spacious self-catering holiday flat is perfectly designed for larger groups and families travelling together. It offers an exceptional amount of space, privacy and well-thought-out comforts for carefree days spent at your own pace:

• A rustic, spacious kitchen-diner – the heart of the home for evenings spent together: this is where the accommodation really comes to life! The spacious kitchen is specially equipped for cooking for large groups – with extra-large pots, plenty of crockery and ample space for chopping, cooking and enjoying meals together. A particular highlight is the traditional built-in stove, which provides cosy warmth and comfort after a day in the mountains.
• Five cosy bedrooms: Plenty of space and quiet corners to unwind, as well as restful nights for the whole group.
• Panoramic terrace: Enjoy the spectacular views of the imposing Hochgrößen and the majestic Grimming – ideal for a relaxed group breakfast in the mountain air or for winding down the day together.
• Well-designed facilities & e-bike service: We provide a secure e-bike room with charging facilities for your batteries, as well as a heated drying room for skis, hiking boots, wet clothing and ski touring skins.
• Complete flexibility: No fixed breakfast times will restrict your tour planning. Up-to-date weather information, maps and personalised tips for the most beautiful routes are all at your disposal.
