Karlhütte

Welcome to the Karlhütte!

The Karlhütte is a well-equipped, cozy log cabin for 2 to 4 people. It is located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, in the picturesque Feldpannalm, and offers a wonderful view of the Kaiserburg. Access to the cabin is easy and convenient, as it can be reached directly by car via a partly paved, partly gravel road.

The Karlhütte is the perfect starting point for numerous hikes in the impressive Carinthian Nockberge mountains. If you do not feel like cooking yourself, you can indulge in culinary delights at the nearby serviced alpine hut. 

Within a radius of approx. 6 to 8 km, you will find numerous leisure opportunities such as mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, and water sports like swimming, surfing, and sailing at the nearby Lake Brennsee. The regions of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Döbriach on Lake Millstätter See also offer relaxing boat trips. A special highlight for families is the nearby summer toboggan run, which promises fun and action.

In addition, you can visit the sagamundo – House of Storytelling, where stories come to life. Directly in Feld am See, there is also a wildlife park, as well as a fish farm with excellent fish products. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, covered parking spaces are available at the cabin.
