The new holiday apartments and suites come with one or two separate bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchens (incl. dishwasher, electric oven, four cooktops, microwave, vent, electric kettle, toaster, tableware, ...), bright and modern bathrooms, balconies or terrace boasting fantastic views and much more.
Thanks to an elevator, our new holiday apartments and suites (some of them designed fully accessible) are fully accessible, no stairs.

Our carpenter has made the furnishings primarily using wild oak. They reflect a modern and yet country house style and make for the individual and unique character of every holiday apartment.
The leather couches and leather seats in the living rooms, bedrooms and dining areas are the eyecatchers of every single apartment. In simple words: Feel comfortable and feel at home!

Christmas holidays at our farm Karglhof: We are happy to organise a Christmas tree, so that you can celebrate Christmas Eve with your loved ones. You can borrow the decoration for your Christmas tree from us or you bring your own.
Of course, we also provide you with sledges for fun-filled sledge rides free of charge. It’s great to go ice skating on nearby Lake Aichwaldsee, take a snowshoeing walk or go cross-country skiing on one of the tracks and trails in the surroundings.
You can also go alpine skiing in the ski resorts Gerlitzen, Dreiländereck, Nassfeld, etc. Ski instructors offer classes for all ages.
Of course, our region boasts more activities such as the Christmas market in Villach, Christmas or New Year’s concerts and the like.
